TCP a UST Global Company BPM & SOA Application Architect september 2015 - heden Vacature Description The main objective of the Simplification Program is to optimise the customer experience and realise significant business benefits simplifying and standardising Maersk´s processes, allowing Maersk Liner Business to provide customers with improved digitised services. I was the Application Architect of two projects, Self Service Export Documentation and Manage Delivery Order and I created the following work products:  Work Product List  Dependency Diagram  Conceptual Data Flow Diagram (DFD)  Use Case Diagram  Business Solution Components  System Context  Requirements Matrix  Non-Functional Requirements  Activity Diagrams  Sequence Diagrams  Architecture Overview  Architectural Decisions  Component Model  Operational Model  Interface Overview  System Architecture Overview  Business Process Diagrams  ArchiMate Viewpoints I worked with the UST Services Team in India to design the BPM and BPEL processes to cover the business requirements following the Simplification Reference Architecture. I used Jira Agile to manage, prioritize and plan the Architectural tasks. I managed and planned the work of 5 team members with Agile Methodologies and the tool Jira Agile. The solution was designed using the IBM Unified Method Framework (UMF) and following the Front Office Reference Architecture and the CC&Industry Framework. I was the person in charge of defining the Architecture of the Presentation layer and I led a Method Adoption Workshop (MAW) to tailor the selected IBM delivery processes (Application Development 2.0 and Agile with Discipline) to the customer methodology and needs. I used the following IBM UMF work products:  Work Product List  Project Definition  System Context  Requirements Matrix  Non-Functional Requirements  Use Case Model  Subject Area Model  Architecture Overview  Architectural Decisions  Component Model  Component Design  Data Model  Operational Model I used the tool Rational Software Architect to create several UML artifacts as:  Use cases  Sequence diagrams  Class diagrams  Activity diagrams  Component diagrams  Architectural diagrams I identified common functionalities between the Internet and Branch channels in order to define the common projects and plugins of the GBP Multichannel Architecture. I helped to define the Operational Model and the Capacity Plan of the new Internet Channel. I defined the requirements and helped with the solutions of different new requirements of the customer and implemented by the IBM BTT Laboratory in China. Technologies used Jira Agile, UMF, UML 2, java, RSA, RAD, RFT, RPT, RCP, SWT, BTT, Web Services (JAX-WS), XML (JAXB), jee, jsp, taglib, js, jquery, dojo, less, Aspj, tomcat and WebSphere.
